How SightShare creates more sales for you
Your company website will go live with the video and audio streaming of sales supporters live on the site. Form 1-to-1 communication the customer can chat with a sales consultant and by entering his own name and phone number, the sales consultant will call the customer up, and a SightShare session is started automatically without software downloads.
Sight Share allows the sales consultant to show the relevant material on the customer's screen in real time and in direct connection to the on-going dialogue.
The system makes it possible that the sales consultant can tailor-make a quote or an order - and print and save documents on the customers personal computer.
SightShare is used by the Inflow team to visualize material for our customers. The technology is offered soon to Inflow customers and the technology will later be distributed internationally.
Inflow sought a global patent on the technology in 2005. Inflow has just received (in october 2008) an advance statement from the European Patent Office (Den Europæiske Patentmyndighed) that the latest requirements filed in the patent application, could be approved. Now it is most likely just a matter of time before the patent will take effect in Europe. A patent application has also been made in the US.
